Harry Potter and the Goblet of Fire

I took the girls to see the new Harry Potter movie. It was great! I have read all the books, except the latest, because I am too cheap to buy it in hardback. I think they do a superb job making the movies like the books. Of course, they leave out quite a bit of details, but unless we want to sit and watch an eight hour movie, I don’t think we have a choice. I wish there was a way to include all the little story plots, but I have to admit, they do pick and choose wisely.

Of course, Courtney brought a friend, and they wouldn’t sit by me, so Brianna and I went together–how sad is it when you take your child to the movies and they won’t sit by you, not even for my popcorn, can you believe that?

I came across your blog and read through your posts. I am also a teacher (nearby).

I would guess that you are still going to find yourself dipping into your own pocket.

I’m just now discovering the power of the grant. Very cool!

Take care.

Yes, I do spend a lot, but it always seems worth it to me, if not my husband! I have never applied for a grant, because I have always heard it is very hard.

Just saw HP. Scared the crap out of me. I’m thinking it’s ever so, ever so NOT a kid’s movie.

Why did it scare you? I guess it just doesn’t scare me because I have read the books and know what to expect. I do agree, though–I don’t think that little guys would do well–maybe at home, but not in the theatre–Hunter has watched the Prisoner of Azkoban, and he likes it!

Yes its very sad. But me and McCall had a good time sitting by ourselves :]]
It was supposed to just be me and McCall in the beginning but then you and Brianna tagged along. Haha.

Peace&&Love
